Integrating methods

The sheer busy-ness of people these days means that if you want people to respond to a consultation process, you have to make it easy for them.

This is why clients increasingly ask us to develop projects that use a combination of face-to-face, paper-based and electronic methods to reach as many people as possible.

Dialogue by Design uses advanced scanning technology so that you can, for example, integrate online and paper-based responses to a consultation document.

Integrated approaches are particularly effective when a longer-term consultation process is required.

We have run integrated consultations for, among others, the Home Office, Surrey County Council and the West of England Partnership, Defra, and EDF Energy Networks.
