Information packs and support material
We produce packs and guides containing accessible and balanced information as a background for online engagement. These guides can also be used much more broadly as a resource for unbiased decision making.

Issue analysis
We research an area, collecting original material in interviews, questionnaires and by other appropriate methods to establish snapshots of issues. This is particularly useful as part of the preparation for other processes.
Stakeholder analysis, profiling and recruitment
To understand who your stakeholders are we can use surveys to gather information about stakeholders' views and use appropriate analysis to build a representative list of them. If you do not wish us to undertake the whole process, we can work with you to do only the parts that you need.
Stakeholder databases
We design and build physical databases of stakeholders using a
variety of database technologies. The databases, constructed under
the supervision of Dr Dominic Gooding,
are designed to be technically robust.and intuitive to use.
