To hold all the information you need about the people who should
be involved in your engagement processes in one place, we can
build databases to enable you to identify those you need for specific
exercises at the click of a button, and even to enable you to
keep a note of your previous contacts with them.
We can use various database technologies to build a physical
database; these are designed to be technically robust and intuitive
to use.
Security and privacy
Dialogue by Design takes the issues of privacy and online security
very seriously indeed.
If we ask for personal information, this information will only
be used for the purpose of conducting a consultation exercise
and will not be used for any other purpose without permission
and will not be retained once the consultation is finished.
Any information people provide to us, including the views they
express in consultation exercises, will be held within strict
security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse,
and alteration of the information under our control.
