Practical Stakeholder Engagement one-day intensive
Who is it for?
The course is for anyone who is involved in the management of
consultation or other engagement processes. For example,

The course covers consultation and engagement design methods,
recruitment and stakeholder analysis as well as how to run web,
face-to-face and paper-based engagement processes.
Course content
The course will give you practical
skills that you can immediately put into action when you return
to your job. The course is held in one intensive day from 9.30am
to 4.30pm in small groups of no more than 20 people. The structure
