Use of personal data and submitted comments
Any information (other than personal data) which users provide to the Companies, either via, or in connection with, the Web site, will be considered as non-confidential and may be used by the Companies without restriction. All information or data provided by users must be accurate, lawful and non-detrimental to the Companies' interests or to the interests of third parties.
Any comments and personal data submitted will be held and retained on the Companies’ database and may also be sent to other relevant bodies such as the Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) and/or OFGEM.
